This holiday house is absolutely wonderful. It is very well equiped and by far the most beautiful house in Neo Kalamaki / Kalamaki. The view from the terasse is amazing and the house is just 100 m from the beach (only a couple of steps down the road). The beach is beautiful. And the water is very clean. There are even turtles that nest on the beach - their nests are protected by a little fence. Nearby you find a small number of very nice restaurants and fish taverns (5 to 10 minute walk along the beach). All people in Neo Kalamaki / Kalamaki are extraordenarily friendly and welcoming. The best part is probably the exceptional hospitality of John. He is an AMAZING host. The best host we ever had. Right from our first contact he replied super fast to all our questions and even bought a baby cot and high chair for our little one. We were speachless when we arrived. John had already filled the fridge for us and even thought about some toys for our toddler to play with on the beach. He gave us lots of great tips what to see and do in the area and his mum even baked cookies for our toddler :-). We HIGHLY recommend this wonderful place and John as an amazing host.

Very welcoming host. Beautiful appartment with wonderful terrace. The beach is very close like 3min by walk and the flat very clean. Don’t hesitate to book!

John's house is wonderfully located in the beautiful messara : from the Windows you can see the beach and the snowy mountains. It is a very peaceful place in february with a wonderful weather. It was nice for our family (we were with our two kids). John's hospitality was wonderful. His brother welcomed us and had bought food for us as we arrived late. His father gave us oranges from his trees and John gave us nice gifts. To sum up this airbnb experience was excellent.

We stayed for a week in John's wonderful apartment. We had an absolutely wonderful stay, despite the fact that we had overestimated the size of the apartment, which was totally our own fault. When hearing this, John offered us an extra room in the upstairs apartment which was "under renovation", but absolutely fine. This made our stay even better. I can highly recommend staying here!

Wir waren mit allem absolut zufrieden und können die Villa Rodanthi absolut weiter empfehlen. Die Gastgeber sind sehr bemüht und geben viele Tipps die Insel zu erkunden. Bei unserer Ankunft wurden wir mit frischem Obst, Süßigkeiten u lokalen Spezialitäten willkommen geheißen. Auch die Ausstattung, innen wie außen lässt keine Wünsche offen. Die Lage war für uns perfekt, unmittelbar am Meer, jenseits vom Massentourismus, entspannt und ruhig, in sehr netter Nachbarschaft gelegen. Guter Ausgangspunkt um den Süden der Insel mit einem Mietwagen zu erkunden. Vielen Dank für alles. Gerne wieder.

Wunderbare Erstversorgung im Kühlschrank durch John, dadurch kein Einkaufs-Stress. Die Wohnung entsprach absolut der Beschreibung. Allerdings stellt sich die Frage, wie 6 Personen dort ihren Urlaub verbringen sollen, das können wir uns eher nicht vorstellen. Für 2 Personen ist das Apartment sehr komfortabel. Die Sicht von der Terrasse aufs Meer ist wirklich sehr schön, alles ist fussläufig erreichbar.
